Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Aide to provide essential administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general clerical support, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Payment Processing: Accurately record and apply customer payments from various sources (checks, credit cards, ACH, etc.)
- Statement Management: Generate and distribute statements accurately, ensuring adherence to client specifications.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date records.
- Entering Bills and Balancing Statements
- Collections: Proactively follow up on past-due accounts, communicating with clients to facilitate timely payments.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payments with professionalism and efficiency.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly accounts receivable reports.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and organized records within our accounting software (QuickBooks).
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Pay Rate:
- $20 based on experience and knowledge
- This is a full-time position in office, Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
